Our Process:
- Once I receive a quote request, I will get in touch with you to discuss the scope of work and if I’m able to take on the project.
- If more information is needed, I will visit your premises and assess the possibilities.
- Should I take on the project, I will provide you with a formal quote with a validity of 15 days.
- If the quote is accepted, a 50% deposit will need to be paid on the day that the quote has been accepted and signed.
- The quote shall also have the expected time frame of the completion of said project/task and any delays will be communicated ahead of time, in writing, should they occur.
- Once the project is completed/delivered, the final 50% payment will be due and the project will be signed off.
Our Pricing Structure:
- Services will be project-based, and pricing will be based on hours worked, location, project size, or project complexity (or any combination of the above).
